At Leena's Hues Bliss of Banaras, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase of authentic handwoven Banarasi sarees. However, due to the delicate nature of pure silk and zari work, we have the following policy:

1. Return Window

• You may return eligible items within 3 days from the date of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect or damage (e.g., torn fabric, loose zari, incorrect weave)

• Wrong item shipped (wrong color, design, or size)

• Item significantly different from the description or photos shown on the website

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sale items or items purchased during special promotions

• Custom-made or personalized sarees

• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged by customer

• Sarees without original tags and packaging

• International orders (due to customs and shipping regulations)

4. Return Process

• Contact us within 3 days at supportleenashues@gmail.com or +91-9310766396 with your order number and photos of the issue.

• Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging.

• Ship the return to our address (Varanasi warehouse). Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

• Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the product amount will be refunded (except in cases of our error).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your saree arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately with clear photos. We will arrange a free return pickup (within India) and offer a full refund or replacement.

1. Shipping Methods & Timelines

• Domestic Shipping (India): We use reliable couriers like India Post, DTDC, or Delhivery. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically delivered in 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

• International Shipping: Available to select countries via partners like DHL or FedEx. Processing time is 2-3 business days, with delivery in 7-15 business days (subject to customs clearance).

• Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs

• Domestic: Flat rate of ₹150 for standard shipping. Free shipping on orders over ₹5,000.

• International: Starts at ₹1,500 (varies by destination and weight). Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• All costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight (sarees typically weigh 0.5-1 kg).

3. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package.

• For any delays or issues, contact us immediately.

4. Important Notes

• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or customs holds.

• Address accuracy is crucial—incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.

• Sarees are packed securely in protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit.
