1. Shipping Methods & Timelines

• Domestic Shipping (India): We use reliable couriers like India Post, DTDC, or Delhivery. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically delivered in 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

• International Shipping: Available to select countries via partners like DHL or FedEx. Processing time is 2-3 business days, with delivery in 7-15 business days (subject to customs clearance).

• Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs

• Domestic: Flat rate of ₹150 for standard shipping. Free shipping on orders over ₹5,000.

• International: Starts at ₹1,500 (varies by destination and weight). Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• All costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight (sarees typically weigh 0.5-1 kg).

3. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package.

• For any delays or issues, contact us immediately.

4. Important Notes

• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or customs holds.

• Address accuracy is crucial—incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.

• Sarees are packed securely in protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit.
